NPower Healthcare Return Policy

At NPower Healthcare, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. While
most sales are final, we do allow limited returns under certain conditions.
Please review our policy below.
Returns & Exchanges
 Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened
items in their original packaging.
 If an item is damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 7 days of
delivery with photos of the issue.
 Exchanges may be offered for defective or incorrect items, subject to
availability.
Refunds & Processing
 If a return is approved, refunds will be issued as store credit or to the
original payment method, minus shipping fees.
 Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the
returned item.
 Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error
on our part.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
 Opened or used products
 Clearance or final sale items
How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact us at info@npowerhealthcare.com with your order number
and reason for return.
2. If approved, we will provide return instructions.
3. Ship the item back at your expense using a trackable shipping method.
4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.
