Deborah Tedesco, DNP, APRN, ANP-BC, CBCN, CPHQ, CWS, CWCN-AP, AP-PMN, FNAP, FAANP is the passionate founder of NPower Healthcare and a dedicated advocate for advanced practice nursing. With years of experience as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, Deborah brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the organization. Her career spans diverse healthcare settings, where she has witnessed firsthand the transformative impact of nurse practitioners and APRNs on patient outcomes.
Deborah's vision for NPower Healthcare is deeply rooted in her commitment to improving access to high-quality healthcare, especially for underserved populations. She believes in the power of education, collaboration, communication, and advocacy to break down barriers and create opportunities for advanced practice providers to thrive.
When not leading NPower Healthcare, Deborah remains deeply committed to delivering compassionate, high-quality care to residents of Central Florida. She collaborates with fellow healthcare professionals to enhance patient outcomes, serves on the board of several healthcare organizations, hosts the NPower Healthcare Podcast, mentors aspiring nurse practitioners, and works tirelessly to elevate the visibility and impact of advanced practice nurses.
